You’ll be mentoring emerging actors fresh from drama school, indie filmmakers prepping debut features, debut novelists mid-revision, giving the notes and advice you wish you’d had at their stage.
Choose the kinds of sessions you want to offer. We can suggest formats that work for your discipline. Then you decide what you want to charge.
Pick the days and times you’re open. One session a month or weekly availability - you decide. Toggle off any week you need to step back.
Mentees pick a session, choose a time and pay upfront. Funds are held until the call happens. Our platform fee sits on top, never out of your earnings.
A calendar invite and video link land in your inbox, plus a reminder the day before. The mentee sends a short brief so you walk in ready.
The held payment is released once the session completes. Stripe pays out every week, tax docs handled.

We only get paid when you do. You set your price, and we add a 20% platform fee on top that covers platform costs and marketing. That’s a cost the mentee pays - it doesn’t come out of your fee. When a session books, we split the payment automatically.
Filling it out takes about 5 minutes. We review applications within 3 to 5 business days and reply by email either way.
No. You set your own availability on our mentor portal, and you can take a week or a month off any time. We never put a session on your calendar without your approval.
Yes. Many mentors do. Once they’re on the platform, scheduling, payments, contracts and tax docs are all handled for you.
